How long does a typical photoshoot take?
Depending on the size of the property and the media requested, it takes on average of 30-60 minutes. The average 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2000 sq. ft. Real estate photo shoot will be ~30 minutes. If the property is not photo-ready prior to the appointment, it extends time much longer.
When and how do I get my property images?
We offer a next day turn around on all real estate shoots. When photos are ready to be downloaded you will receive an email with a download link.

How do I pay you?
I send an email with a link to a portal containing your images, videos and other marketing content all in one spot. That same link will contain your invoice where you can pay online through secure portal provided by Square.
Do I have to be there during the shoot?
No. We can meet directly with your clients or simply do the shoot solo. We only need lockbox access.
What is your Rainy Day policy?
I can do everything EXCEPT Drone/Aerial Photos and EXTERIOR 3D Tours (Interior 3D Tours can be done) when it is raining. If the sky is dark and cloudy I will replace it with a sunny blue sky and brighten all interior and exterior images. I CANNOT fly the drone when the weather is poor and we would need to reschedule another appointment for aerial photos if needed. If you'd like to cancel the shoot altogether, please reach out ahead of time, otherwise we will be at the appointment during the originally scheduled time and date.
